The milk produced by grass-fed Kerrygold cows during the summer months is highest in naturally softer milkfat, resulting in our Naturally Softer Butter, which is unlike anything else in the world. We use a special process to gently churn this summer milk, creating a softer, more spreadable natural butter with a creamy flavor and a remarkably golden color. As with all of our Kerrygold Irish Butters, this all-natural butter is hormone-free. Spread it on the outside of soft bread and cheese sandwiches, or grill it. You can also make your own savory spreadable butter with lime and chili powder, topping a flatiron steak or grilled corn in the husk.
Our European-style KERRYGOLD PURE IRISH UNSALTED BUTTER is made on family farms from the milk of grass-fed cows, who graze year-round on lush Irish pastures, resulting in a golden butter that's perfect for baking. With its higher butterfat content, our all-natural unsalted butter is ideal for creating flakier pie crusts.
Crafted from the milk of grass-fed cows, our KERRYGOLD BUTTER is rich and soft, whether you choose the salted, unsalted, garlic and herb, or reduced-fat varieties, all of which can elevate your dishes.
